Mission Statement

My mission is to help people to become the best version of themselves, by moving their bodies and learning to love and appreciate their health and the skin they are in. Through my warm and caring nature, and my ability to understand and put myself in others’ shoes, my classes offer students a safe and nurturing place from which to embark on their wellness journey. I bring humour and playfulness to my teaching, in order to create a relaxed environment, where students are free to explore their bodies, minds, and capabilities. I want my students to leave class feeling uplifted, less stressed, and feeling good about themselves.
