Throughout April 2021 I am offering a powerfully themed weekly yin yoga class, with weekly journalling prompts, breathing practices, guided meditations, and plenty of food for thought!
Tuesday 6th April: Dealing with stress & feelings of overwhelm.
Tuesday 13th April: Learning to forgive & let go of anger.
Tuesday 20th April: Coping with uncertainty.
Tuesday 27th April: ‘Put on your own life mask first!’ The art of self-care.
You can take one class on its own or sign up for the whole series at a discounted price.

Each class will be recorded, and you will receive a link to access each class 24 hours after the live class has ended if you choose this package. (You can obviously also attend the live class too!)
No prior knowledge of yoga or yin yoga is required. If you have yoga blocks then great, keep them handy during class, but they aren’t a necessity. In fact, you don’t need any fancy yoga props, but you will need some (firm) pillows or cushions, and maybe a blanket for your own comfort.
Classes will take place via Zoom. Sign up via the link below, then pay for your chosen package via Paypal at least 24 hours before the class starts. Once I have received your form and payment I will send you a link to the zoom ‘meeting’. If you haven’t received a link from me 24 hours before class, please get in touch with me (via Instagram direct, Facebook or the contact form on the website).
