One of the biggest obstacles to health and wellness is… Time. Not having enough of it. We all know we should be exercising at least 30 minutes 5-6 times a week, but combining this with work, commuting, cooking (since we should also be trying not to eat processed, prepackaged food) and eating, plus spending time with our loved ones each day… It can feel like there just aren’t enough hours in the day! Believe me, I know this feeling. Yet this shouldn’t be an excuse to skip practices – such as exercise and self-care – that are so fundamental to good health and wellbeing. So, what’s the solution?
