New Classes in Glasgow!

I’m super excited to announce that, in addition to my regular classes at Hope Studio in the city centre, I will also be teaching 4 new classes at the Movement Studio, in the West End of Glasgow, from the 28th July. On Mondays I’ll be teaching Ashtanga Foundations 10-11am and lunchtime yoga from 12.30-1.15pm, and on Sundays I’ll be leading Ashtanga Foundations from 10.30-11.30am and Yin Yoga from 5-6.15pm. I’ll be posting some info about what both Ashtanga and Yin involve (in case you’re not sure!) in the next few days so keep an eye out! Follow my Facebook page too, as I might be posting some special offers for these classes soon 😉
